For tree services · Get found + get answered
The oak has to go. They'll hire whoever calls back.
BuildStack builds websites for tree services and answers the leads they bring in. Four core pages, a page for every town you cover, an estimate form in the first screen, and one front desk replying by text, email and Facebook and Instagram DMs while you are up a tree with a saw running. We have not built a tree service site yet — the live sites on this page are siding in metro Atlanta, fencing in North Carolina and garage doors in Massachusetts, built the same way.
- Big oak leaning toward the house since the weekend storm. Is it safe? Want it gone before the next one.
- Sorry to hear it. Keep people and cars clear of where it would fall until we've seen it. Can you send a photo of the tree and the base? We can look Tuesday 7:30am or Wednesday 4pm.
- Photos sent. Tuesday please.
- Booked for Tuesday 7:30am. The owner will walk it with you and give you a written quote on the spot.
Where the jobs go
Not to the best tree service. To the first one they reach.
Not found
Someone staring up at a leaning tree searches “tree removal near me” and calls the names on the map with reviews and proof of insurance. A company with neither looks like the guy with a chainsaw, even when it isn't.

Web form: “Big oak leaning toward the house since the weekend storm. Is it safe? Want it gone before the next one.”
Seen Wednesday. Two other companies came out Tuesday and one has the job booked for Friday.
You're forty feet up when it rings.
Nobody answers a phone in a harness with a saw running. The call goes to voicemail, and a homeowner worried about a tree does not wait for a callback.
Storm week buries the good jobs.
After high wind, fifty people call at once. The tree on a roof and the branch on a lawn look the same in your missed calls, and sorting them by hand costs the evening.
Every job needs eyes on it.
Access, the drop zone, power lines, what is underneath. Nobody can price a removal from a phone call, so every hour between the enquiry and the booked visit is an hour someone else is booking theirs.
Fix one and you have fixed half of it. We fix both.
What you get
Two things. One promise: the job stays yours.

Built for how a tree service gets booked.
Estimate form in the first screen
Address, what the tree is doing, a photo. It reaches the front desk instantly, so they hear back before they call the next company.
A page for every town you cover
“Tree removal Roswell” and “tree trimming Milton” are different searches. Each town gets its own page.
Your insurance and your jobs, on the page
Proof of insurance, the equipment you run, before and after from removals you did, and your Google reviews. In a trade full of guys with a pickup and a chainsaw, this is how you look like the company to trust with the house.
Fast on a phone
Most people search this standing in the yard, looking up at the tree. The site loads before they give up.
Your Google Business Profile, kept current
Categories, services, photos and review replies. This is where the map calls come from.
Your site and profile start converting searches from launch. Map rankings move over three to six months depending on your market. Anyone promising top-three in 30 days is selling you a stock template.
How we build02 · Get answered
It books the look. It never says a tree is safe.
Whether a tree is safe is your call, made standing under it. The front desk says the one line you wrote — keep clear until we've seen it — gets the photos and the address, books the estimate, and puts anything on a house, a car or a power line straight through to your phone.
| Tree removal | Your range |
| Trimming and crown reduction | Your range |
| Stump grinding | Your range |
Change a price in the Hub and the front desk quotes the new one.
Text, email, Facebook and Instagram, on your existing number. Text first, usually inside a fortnight. Email once your sending domain is warm, then social. Voice opens last, when it has earned it and you say so.
How the front desk worksEvery lead the site brings in lands with the front desk.
Agencies get your phone ringing and let it ring out. Platforms hand you a generated site and a bot with your name on it. We build the one and train the other, and the two are wired together from day one.

What you're probably thinking
“After a storm I have more work than I can handle.”
For a fortnight. Then the storm work dries up and the removals, trims and stump grinds that would have filled the rest of the year went to whoever was findable and answered in the quiet months. The front desk also sorts the storm calls for you, so the tree on a roof gets you before the branch on a lawn does.
Pricing
On the page. Month to month.
One large removal pays for the build. Built, not generated, and it's yours: cancel the front desk in a year and the site stays up, in your name, on your domain.

FAQ
What tree services ask us first.
How much does a website for a tree service cost?
$3,500 to start, which builds the site and sets up the front desk, then $497 a month for the front desk on every channel, tuning and the Hub. If you already have a site that works, it is $500 setup and $297 a month to get it answered. Month to month, no contract. The site is yours either way. Two or more locations gets scoped on a call.
Will it tell someone their tree is safe?
Never. It says only the safety line you give it, word for word, and books a visit. Anything touching a house, a vehicle or a power line comes straight to you as urgent.
Have you built a tree service site?
Not yet. The live sites on this page are siding in metro Atlanta, fencing in North Carolina and garage doors in Massachusetts. Same homeowner, same searches, same build. Open one on your phone.
How long does the build take?
About four weeks. We write the copy from one call with you, you see real working pages by day 10, and we tune the site on real phones for the first week after it goes live.
Not ready for a call? Ten yes-or-no questions, sixty seconds: see whether you're losing jobs to not being found or to not answering.
