For landscapers · Get found + get answered
They asked three landscapers. You replied first.
BuildStack builds websites for landscapers and answers the leads they bring in. Four core pages, a page for every town you cover, a quote form in the first screen, and one front desk replying by text, email and social while you are on a mower. We have not built a landscaping site yet — the live sites here are siding in metro Atlanta, fencing in North Carolina and garage doors in Massachusetts, and they are built the same way.
- Front garden is a mess and we're selling in six weeks. Can someone quote a tidy-up and new turf?
- Happy to. Roughly how big is the front, and could you send a photo? We can price it Monday 7:30am or Tuesday 5pm.
- About 30 by 20, photo attached. Tuesday at 5.
- Booked for Tuesday 5pm. You'll get a reminder that morning.
Where the jobs go
Not to the best landscaper. To the first one they reach.

Grounds work is won town by town. The crew with a page for that town and fresh reviews on the map gets asked for the quote; everyone else hears about it afterwards.

Web form: “Front garden is a mess and we're selling in six weeks. Can someone quote a tidy-up and new turf?”
Seen Tuesday. Two others quoted on Monday and one starts Thursday.
The season decides, not you.
Everyone wants a quote in the same six weeks. The enquiries that go unanswered in April do not come back in July.
Small jobs and big jobs arrive looking identical.
A hedge trim and a full redesign both start as “can you come and give me a price?”. Sorting them costs you evenings.
You are on a machine, not a phone.
Nobody hears a phone over a mower. The call goes to voicemail and the voicemail goes unlistened until eight.
Fix one and you have fixed half of it. We fix both.
What you get
Two things. One promise: the job stays yours.

Built for how a landscaper gets booked.
Quote form in the first screen
Address, what they want doing, rough size. Wired to the front desk so they hear back the same evening.
A page for every town you cover
Grounds work is won street by street. Each town gets a page written for the people who live there.
Your gardens, in the right season
Real jobs you have done, the services you actually offer, and your reviews on the page.
Fast on a phone
Most enquiries start standing in the garden. The site loads before they give up.
Your Google Business Profile, kept current
Categories, services, photos and review replies. This is where the map calls come from.
Your site and profile start converting searches from launch. Map rankings move over three to six months depending on your market. Anyone promising top-three in 30 days is selling you a stock template.
How we build02 · Get answered
It sorts the hedge trims from the redesigns.
It asks what they want doing and roughly how big, quotes the routine work from your price list, and books a visit for anything that needs seeing. You stop spending evenings triaging.

Change a price in the Hub and the front desk quotes the new one.
Text, email, Facebook and Instagram, on your existing number. Text first, usually inside a fortnight. Email once your sending domain is warm, then social. Voice opens last, when it has earned it and you say so.
How the front desk worksEvery lead the site brings in lands with the front desk.
Agencies get your phone ringing and let it ring out. Platforms hand you a generated site and a bot with your name on it. We build the one and train the other, and the two are wired together from day one.

No landscaper site yet, and we would rather say so. These are the same homeowner and the same searches, built the same way. All our work
What you're probably thinking
“My customers are all repeat. I don't need new leads.”
Until a contract ends or someone moves. Repeat work is the best work and it is also the work that disappears without warning. The site and the front desk are what fill the gap in the month it happens, rather than the quarter after.

One design-and-build job pays for the build. Built, not generated, and it's yours: cancel the front desk in a year and the site stays up, in your name, on your domain.

FAQ
What landscapers ask us first.
How much does a website for a landscaper cost?
$3,500 to start, which builds the site and sets up the front desk, then $497 a month for the front desk on every channel, tuning and the Hub. If you already have a site that works, it is $500 setup and $297 a month to get it answered. Month to month, no contract. The site is yours either way. Two or more locations gets scoped on a call.
Can it quote a lawn or a hedge?
Yes, if you give it ranges it can stand behind — per-visit mowing, a standard hedge cut. Design work, turf and anything with access problems gets a visit booked instead of a number invented.
Have you built a landscaping site?
Not yet. The live sites on this page are siding in metro Atlanta, fencing in North Carolina and garage doors in Massachusetts. Same homeowner, same searches, same build. Open one on your phone.
How long does the build take?
About four weeks. We write the copy from one call with you, you see real working pages by day 10, and we tune the site on real phones for the first week after it goes live.
