For concrete contractors · Get found + get answered

Driveway quotes go out. The first measure wins.

BuildStack builds websites for concrete contractors and answers the leads they bring in. Four core pages, a page for every town you cover, an estimate form in the first screen, and one front desk replying by text, email and Facebook and Instagram DMs while you are on a pour and can't stop. We have not built a concrete site yet — the live sites on this page are siding in metro Atlanta, fencing in North Carolina and garage doors in Massachusetts, built the same way.

Where the jobs go

Not to the best concrete contractor. To the first one they reach.

Not found

Search: concrete contractors near me

Someone with a cracked driveway searches “concrete contractors near me” and asks the names on the map with photos of finished work. A contractor with no profile and no pictures never gets asked to quote.

Web form: “Driveway is cracked and heaving by the garage. Want it replaced before summer. About 20 by 40.”

You call back at 6:30. He has two measures booked for Saturday and says he'll let you know.

  • You can't stop a pour to answer.

Once the truck is there, nothing else happens until it is finished. The phone rings through the whole pour and the callbacks start at dark.

  • Every job needs a measure.

Square footage, thickness, the base, the slope, the tear-out. Nobody prices concrete from a phone call, so the contractor who books the measure first is the one who gets to quote.

  • The season is short and everyone wants spring.

Enquiries for spring pours start in winter. The ones that go unanswered in February are somebody else's driveway in April.

Fix one and you have fixed half of it. We fix both.

What you get

Two things. One promise: the job stays yours.

01 · Get found

Built for how a concrete contractor gets booked.

  • Estimate form in the first screen

Driveway, patio, walkway or slab, rough size, tear-out or new, a photo. It reaches the front desk instantly.

  • A page for every town you cover

“Concrete driveway Alpharetta” and “patio contractors Cumming” are different searches. Each town gets its own page.

  • Your finishes, not stock photos

Broom, stamped, exposed aggregate — the work you actually pour, photographed at your jobs, with your Google reviews on the page.

  • Fast on a phone

Most enquiries start on a phone, standing on a cracked driveway. The site loads before they give up.

  • Your Google Business Profile, kept current

Categories, services, photos and review replies. This is where the map calls come from.

Your site and profile start converting searches from launch. Map rankings move over three to six months depending on your market. Anyone promising top-three in 30 days is selling you a stock template.

How we build

02 · Get answered

It books the measure. It doesn't price the slab.

Concrete is priced after someone has seen the base, the slope and the tear-out. The front desk asks the right questions, gets the photos, books the measure, and only quotes the per-foot ranges you have given it as a ballpark.

Your price book · in the HubExample
Driveway replacementYour range per sq ft
Patio, broom finishYour range per sq ft
Stamped or decorativeYour range per sq ft

Change a price in the Hub and the front desk quotes the new one.

Text, email, Facebook and Instagram, on your existing number. Text first, usually inside a fortnight. Email once your sending domain is warm, then social. Voice opens last, when it has earned it and you say so.

How the front desk works

Every lead the site brings in lands with the front desk.

Agencies get your phone ringing and let it ring out. Platforms hand you a generated site and a bot with your name on it. We build the one and train the other, and the two are wired together from day one.

What you're probably thinking

“I'm booked out months ahead already.”

Good — then the question is which months, and which jobs. A full calendar of small patios in April and an empty one in October is not the same as a full year. The front desk books the estimates into the gaps and sorts the driveway replacements from the step repairs, so what fills the calendar is what you would have chosen.

Pricing

On the page. Month to month.

One driveway pays for the build. Built, not generated, and it's yours: cancel the front desk in a year and the site stays up, in your name, on your domain.

FAQ

What concrete contractors ask us first.

How much does a website for a concrete contractor cost?

$3,500 to start, which builds the site and sets up the front desk, then $497 a month for the front desk on every channel, tuning and the Hub. If you already have a site that works, it is $500 setup and $297 a month to get it answered. Month to month, no contract. The site is yours either way. Two or more locations gets scoped on a call.

Can it give a ballpark?

If you want it to. Give it a per-square-foot range for a standard driveway or patio and it will quote that as a ballpark, clearly labelled, and still book the measure. Anything with tear-out, drainage or structural work gets a visit instead of a number.

Have you built a concrete site?

Not yet. The live sites on this page are siding in metro Atlanta, fencing in North Carolina and garage doors in Massachusetts. Same homeowner, same searches, same build. Open one on your phone.

How long does the build take?

About four weeks. We write the copy from one call with you, you see real working pages by day 10, and we tune the site on real phones for the first week after it goes live.

Not ready for a call? Ten yes-or-no questions, sixty seconds: see whether you're losing jobs to not being found or to not answering.
