Why doesn't the voice agent go live on day one?

Because voice is the highest-stakes channel — the moment your agent picks up the phone, the customer is making a judgment call about your business in three seconds. SMS gives the agent room to learn your prices, your tone, and the actual shape of your conversations. By the time it answers a call, it's already had hundreds of yours. Most other voice AI products skip this step and turn customers off.

Will customers know it's an AI?

If asked, it says so. But it doesn't lead with that — it leads with “Mike's Plumbing front desk, how can I help?” Most customers won't think to ask. The ones who do appreciate the honesty.

What CRMs does it integrate with?

Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Tradify, ServiceM8 — and any CRM with a webhook or open API. Bookings land in your real calendar. We don't run a parallel system.

What if the AI says something wrong on a call?

Every call is logged, recorded, transcribed, and reviewable. If you flag a thread, we tune the agent and you can re-listen to the call to verify. In the first month of voice we sit with you on every flagged call.

Can I cancel anytime?

Do you operate outside the US and UK?
