Does the customer know they're texting an AI?

We don't pretend. Every BuildStack thread is branded to your business — but if asked, the agent says it's an AI helping the front desk. Most customers don't care; they care that someone replied fast. Behind the scenes it's all your tone, your prices, your voice.

What happens to the conversation after the booking?

The thread is logged in your unified inbox with the booking, the price quoted, and any context. Your CRM syncs the contact and the appointment. If the customer texts back later, BS-01 picks up where it left off.

What does “trained on your voice” actually mean?

During onboarding we collect 20+ examples of how you actually reply to customers — formal vs casual, emoji or no, your typical sign-off, the small phrases you use. We tune the agent to match.

What if I want the agent to stop replying?

Flip a switch in your dashboard. The agent goes silent on that thread and pings you. You can also set rules — e.g., always escalate quotes over $5,000.
