What you'd
actually ask.

What email address does the agent send from?

A subdomain of your domain — like quotes@send.yourbusiness.com — that we warm up over the first two weeks of onboarding. Replies route to your normal inbox so you see everything. Customers see your branded sender, not BuildStack.

How long do the follow-up sequences run?

Default is two touches over five days: a soft check-in at day 2, a final pencil-out at day 5. The customer can reply STOP anytime and the sequence exits cleanly. You can lengthen, shorten, or turn it off per quote.

Do I need a new email tool?

No. The agent connects to whatever you already use — Gmail, Outlook, your CRM. We add a sending domain alongside; we don't replace your inbox.

What if the agent sends something I disagree with?

Every email is logged with a one-click edit-and-resend on your dashboard. You can also set quote thresholds (e.g., always draft, never auto-send over $X). Most customers tune this in the first week and never look at it again.
