FAQ

What you'd
actually ask.

Will the agent reply to angry comments or trolls?

No. BS-03 routes anything that looks like a complaint or a hater straight to you with a flag. Same for press, partnerships, or anything off-script. The agent talks to customers; you handle the rest.

What does the customer see? Will they know it's AI?

They see your business name, your tone, your reply. If asked, the agent says it's an AI helping the front desk. Most customers won't ask — they care that they got a fast, helpful reply.

How do I connect my Facebook and Instagram accounts?

During onboarding we walk through Meta Business Suite and grant the BuildStack app access. Takes about 5 minutes. You can revoke access anytime.

What about reviews on Facebook?

BS-03 alerts you when a new Facebook review comes in. It doesn't reply to reviews — that's a brand call you should make personally — but it tees them up so you don't miss one.
